SALON ETIQUETTE
As a courtesy to all our customers, treatments are completed as scheduled. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time. At The Goddess, we aim to create a relaxing and tranquil environment. Please respect other clients by switching your mobile phone to silent and we request that you do not take phone calls whilst in the salon.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
An appointment reminder SMS will be sent to your mobile phone 24 hours prior to your booking. This will allows you to confirm or change your treatment preferences, or cancel or reschedule your appointment. Once you have confirmed your booking we will be expecting you at the scheduled time. A confirmed booking that is a ‘no show’ will incur a 100% fee for the appointment. No show confirmed Gift voucher bookings will incur a 100% cancellation cost of the booked treatments from the voucher. Bookings over 2 hours, will require a credit card to secure the booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our beautifully presented Gift Vouchers are available in the salon or a digital version sent to you and or the recipient via email. The voucher may also be express posted at the buyer's expense for the current postal fee. You can order over the phone, or via our website www.thegoddess.com.au. When making your appointment using a voucher, please provide the gift card number at the time of booking. To redeem your voucher, you will need to have it with you and present it on arrival. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. (As treatments may change during this long period, the value of the voucher remains the purchase price at the time the voucher is sold and you may redeem this amount for any other service or product).
