Cancellation Policy
The day before your appointment we send you SMS confirmation with the time of your appointment if you have supplied us with your mobile number.

If you forget to cancel your appointment or don’t show up, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged.  Please call us 24 hours prior your appointment if you need to reschedule otherwise your treatment fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals
We operate a busy salon and our appointment times are precious.  If you arrive late we will still complete your treatment on time, while the treatment fee will remain unchanged.   This also avoids the appointment after yours from running late.  We thank you for your understanding, as this helps us to provide you with quality service.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable for cash.  Our cancellation policy also applies to vouchers.  If you fail to provide the relevant notice period your voucher becomes void. Also see conditions on voucher.

Mobile phones
Please turn off your mobile phone or switch to silent mode whilst in the salon.
